"The treatment seemed reasonable: An aerosol flea spray would be applied directly to the floor; it wasn't some kind of flea bomb or fogger. I assumed that if there were risks or warnings or precautions I should know about, the pest control company, which we'd used to treat the exterior of our house against ants, would tell me.
