"WVE and Earthjustice recently convinced New York to force cleaning product giants to follow a state law and reveal the ingredients in their products. But the fight isn't over. The industry is strong-arming its way into talks where they'll pressure the state to weaken the disclosure requirements or delay implementation of the law.
Please take a moment to thank in advance the head of New York's environmental agency for standing strong in the face of industry pressure. This law will set a national precedent for cleaning product companies to disclose ingredients--we can't afford to have it watered down!"
