"In September, the U.S. Senate will vote on critical legislation that will affect the safety of the food supply in our nation. Unfortunately, some Senators still need to be convinced that getting the toxic chemical bisphenol A (BPA) out of baby food and infant formula is an urgent food safety issue that should be addressed in the Food Safety Modernization Act of 2010.

Please take action today urging your Senators to support an amendment to the food safety bill, which would eliminate BPA from baby bottles, sippy cups, infant formula and baby food."
