Aurora Mayr Proclaims International Awareness Day for FM, CFS, and MCS
"Mayor Geoffrey Dawe, of the Town of Aurora, Canada, has proclaimed May 12 , 2012 as " International Day for Fibromyalgia/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Multiple Chemical Sensitivities." As stated in the proclamation, the Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome group of York Region´s mission statement is to provide an informative, and safe network for people living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, is an acquired illness that effects all body systems, especially the neurological, endocrine and immune systems and results in severe and continued tiredness that is not relieved by rest and is not directly caused by other medical conditions."
