EPA bans toxic rat poisons, citing risks to kids

"To protect children, pets and wildlife, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is moving to ban residential sales of the most toxic rat and mouse poisons as well as most loose bait and pellet products. It's also requiring all new such poisons be enclosed in bait stations."
