"Any goblin or ghoulie worth its salt knows Halloween isn't Halloween without a bright green face or a few artful drops of blood somewhere or other.  That makes safety experts happy: They've long encouraged parents to favor face paints over masks because masks can make it hard for children to see while trick-or-treating.  But a recall of a face paint in May that gave some Girl Scouts rashes is one of the reasons the Food and Drug Administration is warning parents to be careful that the paints don't cause problems of their own this Halloween."
