[Comment: It is such a shame this couple is being tossed around like this. A simple structure that merely required a permit has developed into a lengthy attack on this woman for following her doctors advice. Instead of simply fining them and allowing them to apply for the permit, the courts are making it about proving she ne...eds the structure in the first place. The use of the structure is irrelevant.
