By sharing your story, you allow others to walk a mile in your shoes and gain a glimpse into your life and experiences living with ME/CFS and/or FM. In the process, you are helping others to more fully understand you, the diseases and how to cope with them.
The contest is open to anyone with ME/CFS or FM or anyone who has had experience in supporting or caring or living with someone with ME/CFS or FM.
