"Landlord says behavior drives awayother renters.  Eau Claire resident Ann Biber talked recently with Eau Claire City Councilman Larry Balow as she marched outside City Hall to garner attention in her fight to prevent being kicked out of her apartment.  For Ann Biber, the enemy could be anywhere.  Weed killer sprayed on a lawn. Automobile exhaust. Varnish used to coat a wooden door. Cigarette smoke wafting through the air.  Exposure to those substances isn't healthy for anyone. But to Biber's body, their impact is magnified, sending her into a chemical-induced sickness that impairs her ability to function when she is exposed to them."
