"People living in Davis may soon have to deal with fireplace restrictions. The city council is expected to consider an ordinance that would not allow residents to use wood-burning stoves and fireplaces when wind speed is under 5 miles per hour and particulate matter concentration reaches more than 25 micrograms per cubic meter."
