"Last night's fire at Industrial Welding and Supply could have been a lot worse. I salute the Albany Fire Department for their efforts in containing this potentially devastating incident. What confuses me is that the relocation center was downwind from the fire and put many people at risk of chemicals and gases emitted from the burning of calcium carbide."
