Should we drug the drinking water? Adding lithium to the taps 'could lower suicide rates'

[Comment:  Should we drug the drinking water? I don't think so. This amounts to forced drugging. How about letting the people who need it and find a benefit from it take it instead? There is no way to control dosage when something like this is done.  Some people drink very little water and others may sweat a lot and drink huge amounts, doubling and tripling their dose.]
